There are more issues that surfaced with the reproducibility tests-- our infrastructure is not finding the old files, and they're either not getting moved properly, or we're converting them to tarballs and they're not re-found/extracted properly.
This PR reverts us back to dd35435. I'm going to rm the output folders on central associated with PRs after dd35435, so that we're back at that state.
